If you find you must retrieve an item of importance, we require 72 hour notice.
If clients are coming for less than 3 months, they will have an additional one time service charge of $1 per cubic feet for moving in and out. Plus all the items our clients leave for less than 5 months will have an additional $1 per cubic feet charge if they need packing services. If clients want to get something from their storage unit, they will just need to request it from their dashboard. When they do, we will deliver it for an additional cost of $1 per cubic feet.
Belongings are insured with basic insurance (60c per lb), but our clients can purchase additional insurance for their valuable items.
