These hourly rates also apply to our packing services.

Listed below is a detailed description of our rates and services:

• Basic Insurance is included. Additional Insurance is available upon customer request.
• There are no hidden charges: we do not charge for mileage, bridge tolls, stairs, elevators, long walkways or hoist procedures.
• We do not charge time and a half under any circumstances (i.e: Sunday's, holidays, or after 8 straight hours of labor, etc.)
• There is a 2 hour minimum. After the 2nd hour, the rate is charged by quarter (1/4) hour increments.
• Charges begin when our moving truck arrives at your pick-up location, and ends once the moving truck is completely unloaded and all of your furniture is properly placed at your final location.
• For all moves within the city of San Francisco, an additional 1/2 hour driving time will be charged. For all moves outside of San Francisco, double drive time will be charged.
• A small fuel surcharge will be added for all moves; $15 for moves within San Francisco; $20/$25/$30 for moves outside of San Francisco depending upon location.
• Payment is due in full once your move is completed. Cash or certified check is required as payment from first-time customers; repeat customers may pay by cash or check.
• You are responsible for providing clear access on moving day at both the pick-up and drop-off locations. Our trucks require a 3 car lengths parking area. We strongly recommend you reserve parking permits, if necessary, at both locations. To request your permits call the SFPD at 415-553-0123. The first permit is $150, the additional permit is $50. If we need to double park during your move, you will be charged whatever parking ticket fees we incur. As a courtesy, we will pay $50 towards whatever fees are incurred as a result of any parking tickets.
• We will provide free of charge; clothing wardrobes, sofa/chair/TV covers, door jamb covers and floor runners. Charges will apply for use of the packing materials we bring with us such as: boxes, tape, shrink wrap, mattress bags, felt, etc.
